Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Alvis Electrical Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

Alvis Electrical Inc. provides electrical services including but not limited to:

• Emergency pump repair and diagnosis
• Residential and commercial electrical installations
• Electrical panel upgrades and repairs
• Surge protection installation
• Preventive maintenance and inspections
• GFCI outlet installation and testing

All services are provided by licensed master electricians in accordance with Montana state regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Service Requests and Scheduling

Service requests may be submitted through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all service requests promptly, but response times may vary based on demand and emergency situations. Emergency services are prioritized based on the severity and safety risk of the situation.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined based on the scope of work, materials required, and labor time. We provide estimates for non-emergency work whenever possible. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Emergency service calls may incur additional fees for after-hours or weekend service
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service
• Materials and equipment carry manufacturer warranties as specified
• Whole-home surge protection installations include a $30,000 electronics damage warranty for 3 years
• Warranty coverage requires that all work be performed by Alvis Electrical Inc. and that systems are properly maintained

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvis Electrical Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Access and Safety

When we provide services at your property:

• You grant us permission to access necessary areas of your property to perform the work
• You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe work environment
• You agree to disclose any known hazards or special conditions that may affect our work
• We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service

Permits and Inspections

When required by local building codes, we will obtain necessary permits for electrical work. The cost of permits is typically included in our service quotes. All work is performed in compliance with Montana building codes and is subject to inspection by local authorities as required.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alvis Electrical Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alvis Electrical Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.
